This refund policy is issued by Stansfield & Co. Ltd (company number 17309941), trading as Conforto Living, and applies to purchases made at www.confortoliving.com. It is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
14-day cancellation right
You may cancel any online order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Please email info@confortoliving.com with your order number to start the process. Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us. Return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our Returns page for detail.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods or evidence of return. Delivery charges are refunded in full where the entire order is cancelled within the cancellation period, up to the cost of standard delivery.
