— Warranty

A two-year promise of quality and craftsmanship.

Every Conforto piece is built to be enjoyed for years. We provide a two-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, giving you confidence in the quality of your investment.

Two-year manufacturer's warranty

Conforto warrants its outdoor furniture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will repair, replace or refund the item at our discretion, subject to our assessment of the claim.

What is covered

  • Structural defects in the frame or workmanship that affect the stability or function of the piece.
  • Faults in materials supplied by Conforto, including timber joinery, welding, aluminium frame construction and fastenings.
  • Manufacturing defects in cushion stitching, zips and seams when used under normal domestic conditions.

What is not covered

  • Natural weathering, fading, silvering or colour changes to teak and other natural materials over time.
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidental impact, improper cleaning, or exposure beyond normal outdoor use.
  • Normal wear and tear, including softening of cushions, minor loosening of joints, and fabric pilling.
  • Damage caused by pets, sharp objects, fire, extreme weather events or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Products that have been modified, repaired by unauthorised persons, or moved from their original delivery address.

How to make a warranty claim

To make a claim, please email us at info@confortoliving.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs showing the area of concern. Our team will assess your claim and respond within two business days.

Where a claim is approved, we will arrange the most appropriate resolution. This may include replacement parts, a repair visit, a full replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the defect and the availability of the product.

Please retain a copy of your order confirmation and delivery documentation, as these will be required to validate your warranty.
